Lawyer Hartmut Lasse
Specialised in law of succession and labour law
Born on November 24, 1953 in Thuringia, studied law at the university
of Jena until 1978 and finished his studies with a law degree.
From 1979 to 1990 he worked as a judge at the district court in
Merseburg where he could gain substantial judicial, espescially
forensic experiences. Since April 1, 1990 he is an authorized
lawyer and one of the founders of this firm of solicitors. During
1990 and 1995 he supported numerous middle-sized companies during
foundation, privatisation and reprivatisation. Like this he could
gain substantial knowledge in company and commercial law. Today
he guides a lot of small and middle-sized companies in contract
and labour law as well as in law of succession.
Lawyer Hartmut Lasse has considerable practical knowledge of many
years in executorship and in creating complicated wills. He is
anxious to avoid legal proceedings by negotiating with the opposite
party for example in succession disputes. If a settlement of the
dispute cannot be reached, the client will be consequently represented
in court. Lawyer Hartmut Lasse is authorized at the appellate
court in Naumburg and the regional court in Halle and therefore
legitimated at all county-, regional-, and appellate courts.
